Like a drop on the southern tip of the Falsterbo peninsula lies Måkläppen. The long sand reef, which today almost forms a circle, has a bottom core of moraine, but wind and water constantly reshape Måkläppen's appearance. Out on the sand reef, both harbor seals and gray seals thrive. Only allowed to visit the gull lip from November to January, always without a dog and remember to keep a safe distance of min 50m from the animals!
