Events & Visit Malmö

It's about 700m walk down to the beach meadows. In the summertime you will find cows or sheep grazing in the meadow. See map
If you take to the right (500m) you will reach the top (see map) where you have a stunning view over the bridge, Bunkeflostrand and all the way to Klagshamn sand beach (5,5km).

If you take to the left, it's about 2300m walk down to the bridge and if you take the bikes then it's easier to get there by Klagshamnsvägen and when you reach Strandhem just turn and then straight to the beach.

When it comes to fine sandy beach, Klagshamnsstranden (5,6km with bikes) is recommended. It is a 250m long and 20m wide natural sandy beach. Here is an awesome jetty system, shady trees, toilets, a small ice cream kiosk and a marina. Keep in mind that during hot holidays, the parking places are usually full at 11 o'clock, so be out on time.

Next to Limhamn's marina is a modern restaurant that strives to create a unique dining experience in a unique dining room with perfect harmony between drinks, service and its guests. Some days you want to sit for a whole evening while others it's nice to just be able to come in for a quicker dinner without compromising on quality for that matter.
